How the Lindenhof demo practice is set up
So that you can test Bruno realistically, in the demo he works for the fictional "Lindenhof Veterinary Practice, Musterwil". Everything he knows there is set up the way it would later be set up for your practice.
Three treatment calendars
The demo practice runs three calendars in which Bruno books, moves and cancels appointments:
- Small animals – consultation for dogs, cats and small pets
- Consultation – check-ups, vaccinations, follow-up treatments
- Surgery – operation appointments with preliminary consultation
Consultation hours and on-call service
Bruno knows the demo practice's opening hours and the rule for when to forward to the on-call service. Outside consultation hours he gives out the on-call number for emergencies and records everything else for the next working day.
Guide prices and information
Guide prices are stored for frequent services such as vaccination, neutering or dental cleaning. Bruno names them as an approximate range and refers anything more precise to the team.
What you can try in the demo
Call and ask Bruno anything you would ask your own practice: an appointment for the dog, a prescription request, the opening hours on a public holiday or an emergency on Sunday evening. The demo practice is fictional; any resemblance to existing practices is coincidental.
