Visiting the website

This website is operated on a server in Switzerland. When it is accessed, technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser type) are recorded in server log files. They serve secure operation and error analysis and are not combined with other data.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and video are delivered from our own server; no third-party content is loaded.

Contact by e-mail or phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible consultation. The details are kept only as long as is necessary for processing and because of legal obligations.

Contact form

The contact form transmits your details – e-mail address and message as well as, optionally, name, practice, phone, location and attached files – via the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as an e-mail to our mailbox. The service is used solely for delivery; its data processing is governed by FormSubmit's privacy notice (formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf).

Our mailbox is operated at Infomaniak in Switzerland. Incoming enquiries may be forwarded internally to the team responsible for consultations. Please do not submit health data of animals or pet owners or any sensitive personal data via the form.

Calls to the demo number are answered by an AI phone assistant that introduces itself as a digital assistant. The conversation is processed automatically (speech recognition and response generation) and may be stored as a transcript to provide and improve the demo. Please do not mention any sensitive personal data in the demo.
